Classes

CrossFit is many things.

Increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains, constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity, etc. We know this can all sound foreign. So basically, CrossFit is this: a community of people bonded together with the unique common interest to become as fit as possible by performing and perfecting movements that make you more human.

In our CrossFit classes, you will have a coach always present and ready to help you with any questions! We want you to push your limits in a safe and fun manner! CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

60 minutes includes warmup, strength/skill and/or metabolic conditioning, and optional cool down
